In accordance with Federal Law No. 216-FZ, to ensure the project’s implementation and manage the Russky ISTC,

the Russky ISTC Development Fund and Russky ISTC Management Company JSC were created,

with FEFU as the sole founder

Russky ISTC Integrates Science-Intensive Technologies and Business

Russky ISTC, in collaboration with FEFU and the institutes of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, will provide residents access to high-potential commercialized scientific developments, a unique research infrastructure, and highly qualified personnel. Thanks to the business support system developed in the Russian Far East, residents who have scaled up their production to an industrial level can benefit from the special economic regimes of Advanced Special Economic Zones (ASEZs) and Free Ports (FPVs) while continuing to enjoy tax benefits and other preferences

The activities of Russky ISTC are defined in accordance with the priorities of the Scientific and Technological Development Strategy of the Russian Federation, the program for fundamental scientific research in Russia for the long-term period (2021-2030), the «roadmaps» of the National Technology Initiative, national projects (programs), and taking into account the growing demand for high-tech products in the dynamically developing Asia market

Residents’ activities are aimed at creating highly efficient feed for agriculture and aquaculture, biofertilizers, food products, and new pharmaceuticals derived from the unique terrestrial and marine biota of the Russian Far East, as well as the development of new-generation anticancer drugs based on marine raw materials

MARINE STUDIES MARINE STUDIES

Residents are involved in the creation of engineering products, equipment, and systems for the development of continental shelf resources, the diagnostics of ships and marine equipment, the automation of underwater works, and the creation of new materials for shipbuilding

INFOCOM INFOCOM

Residents are focused on creating proprietary products and advanced technologies in artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, designing engineering solutions, developing top-tier software, and IT solutions for key sectors of the Russian Far East
