Sign an agreement:

  • for the construction of infrastructure facilities within Russky ISTC territory
  • for ensuring the operation of ISTC by providing goods, works, and services within ISTC territory
STEP 3
Obtain the status of a project participant

Russky ISTC Management Company

STEP 1
Transfer land plots for sublease to project participants for the construction of infrastructure facilities within Russky ISTC.

Transfer leased areas of ISTC real estate for sublease to project participants.

STEP 2
Ensure the possibility of using the land plot and leased areas (sublease agreement) and utilizing the services of the management company on preferential terms

Important!

Infrastructure facilities built with investor funds become the property of the investor but are used in compliance with project rules and ISTC goals. Preferential land lease terms for a period not exceeding 49 years.

Infrastructure facilities are used solely for the purpose of ensuring project implementation and conducting scientific and technological activities, including the operation of the ISTC.
